The Encompass Home System Warranty Program is developed, managed and administered Encompass Home Service Corp. In B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan, it takes the form of an insurance policy issued by Aviva Insurance Company of Canada. Certain services provided by RDA Insurance Inc. In other provinces, it takes the form of a warranty certificate. All of the program's claim obligations are backed by a financial guarantee issued by a federally-licensed financial institution.
